Q: Can I make a booking for
later in the year?

The booking calendar is fully open for reservations up to 31/5/23.

Q: What if I make a future booking and a new national Coronavirus travel restriction comes into force. What will happen to my booking?

A: All future bookings affected by Government mandatory restrictions on travel as a result of Coronavirus, will be subject to the offer of postponement for 12 months (any price difference between stay dates will be payable by the guest), gift voucher to the value of your booking (for birthday gifts etc) or a full refund. You can book with confidence knowing your booking and monies will not be lost.

A: Covid is now a known disease and risk so you would not be entitled to a refund. Please make sure you have suitable travel insurance at the time of booking that covers for such eventualities.

Q: What extra health measures do you have in place to protect me as a guest?

A: We have completed a detailed COVID-19 risk assessment and put in place enhanced cleaning protocols, slight changes to our operational procedures. Although the Government Good to Go scheme has been withdrawn as of April 2022, we are continuing to with our enhanced Covid cleaning protocols to protect everyone.
